The system has sampling and diagnosis functions at the same time, and faults such as sampling line breakage can be effectively diagnosed.

    本发明公开了一种单体采样线束连接故障诊断方法、装置、电池及电动汽车,单体采样线束连接故障诊断方法包括:当单体电压采样出现不定时的无效时,统计设定的诊断时间内,出现不定时无效的次数,若不定时无效的次数满足设定的不定时无效判据,则认为出现单体采样线束连接不稳定,并报出线束连接不可靠的故障;当单体电压采样一直为有效时,对单体电压的波动状态进行监测,在设定的诊断时间内,若单体电压的波动状态满足设定的单体电压波动判据,则认为出现单体采样线束连接不稳定,并报出线束连接不可靠的故障。本发明同时具备采样及诊断功能,可以有效诊断出采样线断线等故障。
