The invention relates to the technical field of new energy automobile charging, and discloses a relay adhesion diagnosis method and system and an electric automobile, and the relay adhesion diagnosis method comprises the steps: reducing the charging current of a charging pile to a first threshold value when the charging mode of a charging circuit is switched from a direct charging mode to a boost mode; a boost positive relay is closed, a fast charge positive relay is disconnected, current data flowing through the boost positive relay of the electric vehicle is collected, the boost positive relay of the electric vehicle is located in an impedance branch, and the fast charge positive relay of the electric vehicle is located in a non-impedance branch; and judging whether the quick-charge positive relay of the electric vehicle is adhered according to the current data of the electric vehicle. The adhesion state of the fast-charging positive relay is judged by dynamically adjusting the charging request current and comparing the current flowing through the boosting positive relay with the output current of the charging pile, and therefore the adhesion fault diagnosis method is provided to solve the problem that the adhesion fault of the fast-charging positive relay cannot be diagnosed in the charging process.
