The invention relates to an integral hoisting and dismantling method for a hollow slab girder bridge section with an anti-collision wall. The integral hoisting and dismantling method at least comprises the steps of preparing a special hoisting tool, locally cutting the anti-collision wall, installing the special hoisting tool and calculating the hoisting gravity center. The special lifting appliance is a tau-shaped lifting appliance and comprises a main plate, a web plate and a stiffening plate; the main plate is tau-shaped and comprises main plates on the two sides and a main plate on the middle layer, connecting holes which are continuously and uniformly distributed are formed in the same positions of the main plates, and the main plates are welded into a whole through stiffening plates; the distances are equal; upper beams of the three main plates are all longer than lower beams, the main plates on the two sides are the same in shape, and lug plates with holes are arranged at the ends of the upper beam and the lower beam of the main plate on the middle layer and used for installing anti-inclination connecting pieces; the overall hoisting and dismantling efficiency of the hollow slab beam with the anti-collision wall is effectively improved, the balance stability is good, the abrasion possibility of the steel wire rope is reduced, and the method has more advantages in the aspects of cost saving and safety.

    本发明涉及一种带防撞墙空心板梁桥段整体吊装拆除方法,至少包括制备专用吊具的步骤、局部切割防撞墙以及安装专用吊具并计算起吊重心的步骤;专用吊具为τ型吊具,它包括主板、腹板和加劲板;主板呈τ字型,它包括两侧主板以及中间层主板,均在相同位置开设连续均匀分布的连接孔,通过加劲板焊连成整体;彼此间距相等;三块主板的上梁均比下梁长,其中,两侧主板形状相同,中间层主板的上梁和下梁端部设有带孔耳板,用于安装防倾连接件;本发明有效提高带防撞墙空心板梁整体吊装拆除效率,且平衡稳定性好、降低了钢丝绳磨损可能,在成本节约与安全方面更具优势。
