The preparation method comprises the following steps: by taking a base material as a sputtering substrate, aluminum zinc oxide as a first target material, antimony tin oxide as a second target material and aluminum zinc oxide as a third target material, sequentially carrying out sputtering treatment, forming a sputtering layer, preparing a modified base material, coating one side, far away from the sputtering layer, of the modified base material with a modified coating, and carrying out ultraviolet curing, thereby obtaining the automobile heat insulation film. Urethane acrylate in the modified coating is of a branched structure, and the middle position and the end of a molecular chain segment contain unsaturated double bonds, so that the modified coating has a good scratch-resistant effect after being cured, and meanwhile, the modified coating contains disulfide bond and boric acid ester structures, so that the modified coating can be self-repaired within a short time after scratches appear on the heat-insulating film, and the scratch-resistant performance of the heat-insulating film is improved. Through cooperation of the multiple sputtering layers and the base film, heat can be well reflected, and the heat insulation effect of the heat insulation film is improved.
本发明公开了一种汽车隔热薄膜及其制备方法,将基材作为溅射衬底,氧化锌铝作为第一靶材,氧化锡锑作为第二靶材,氧化锌铝作为第三靶材,依次溅射处理,形成溅射层,制得改性基材,在改性基材远离溅射层的一侧涂覆改性涂料,紫外固化,制得汽车隔热薄膜,改性涂料中的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯为支化结构,且分子链段中间位置和端头均含有不饱和双键,使得改性涂料固化具有很好耐划效果,同时含有二硫键和硼酸酯结构,在隔热膜出现划痕后,短时间内能够自修复,通过多层溅射层与基膜的配合能够很好的反射热量,提升了隔热薄膜的隔热效果。
