The continuous elevator comprises a frequency converter, a vertical lifting motor and a brake, one side of the frequency converter is connected with a three-phase power supply, and the other side of the frequency converter is connected with the vertical lifting motor; an elevator tray which is driven by a vertical lifting motor to reciprocate up and down is arranged in a main body frame of the continuous elevator, and elevator tray detection sensors are arranged at the positions, close to the top and the bottom, of the main body frame respectively. A contactor is arranged between the three-phase power supply and the brake, the signal input end of the contactor is connected with the elevator tray detection sensor, and the contactor is in signal connection with the frequency converter and receives and feeds back synchronous control signals. Compared with the prior art, the brake timing of the elevator can be effectively controlled, it is guaranteed that the elevator acts smoothly, and the phenomenon that goods fall off from the elevator is avoided.
本发明涉及一种连续式提升机,包括变频器、垂直升降电机以及制动刹车,所述变频器一侧连接3相电源,另一侧连接垂直升降电机;所述连续式提升机的主体框架内设置有由垂直升降电机驱动进行上下往复运动的提升机托盘,所述主体框架上靠近顶部及底部的位置分别设置有提升机托盘检测传感器;三相电源与制动刹车之间设置有接触器,所述接触器的信号输入端连接提升机托盘检测传感器,并且接触器与变频器信号相连,接收并反馈同步控制信号。与现有技术相比,本发明能够有效控制提升机的刹车时机,保证提升机动作过度平顺,避免提升机发生货物跌落的现象。
