Comprising a straight section and paddles arranged on the two sides of the straight section, and the paddle on any side is rotationally connected with the straight section; positioning holes and guide grooves are formed in the roots of the blades; an actuating cavity is formed in the straight section; a positioning pin and a spring are arranged in the actuating cavity; a through hole is axially formed in one end, close to the root of the blade, of the actuating cavity, the spring is in a compressed state, one end abuts against the root of the actuating cavity, and the other end abuts against the end of the positioning pin; the end part of the positioning pin is fixedly connected with the shifting gear, and the other end of the positioning pin can extend out along a through hole in the end part of the actuating cavity under the action of the spring and is in sliding fit with a guide groove in the root part of the paddle; in the unfolding process of the blades, the ends of the positioning pins slide along the guide grooves, and when the blades are completely unfolded, the ends of the positioning pins are just clamped into the positioning holes in the roots of the blades, so that the blades are limited and fixed. The folding propeller provided by the invention is simple in design structure, light in weight and high in performance, and can be applied to aircrafts.
本发明属于飞行器结构设计技术领域,具体设计一种折叠式螺旋桨、应用的飞行器及工作方法;包括直段以及设置于直段两侧的桨叶,任意一侧桨叶与直段转动连接;在桨叶根部设置有定位孔、引导槽;在直段上设置有作动腔;在作动腔内设置有定位销、弹簧;作动腔临近桨叶根部一端沿轴向开有通孔,所述弹簧处于压缩状态,一端顶住作动腔根部,另一端顶住定位销端部;所述定位销端部与拨档固定连接,另一端可在弹簧作用下,沿作动腔端部通孔伸出,伸出后与桨叶根部的引导槽滑动配合;桨叶展开过程中,定位销端部沿引导槽滑动,桨叶完全展开时,定位销端部正好卡入桨叶根部的定位孔内,实现桨叶的限位固定。本发明提出的折叠式螺旋桨设计结构简单、重量轻、性能高,可应用于飞行器上。
