The invention relates to a manned spacecraft assembly sealed cabin leakage fault disposal decision-making method, which comprises the following steps: after detecting that a spacecraft assembly has a sealed cabin leakage fault, a spacecraft platform sends measured values of total pressure and pressure drop rate of a sealed cabin to a ground flight control support system through telemetering data; according to the measured values of the total pressure and the pressure drop rate of the current sealed cabin of the manned spacecraft assembly and the health state of the on-orbit personnel, making a decision on whether to wear a protective device, determining the area and the quadrant of the leak hole where leakage occurs, prompting the on-orbit personnel to locate the position of the leak hole, and guiding the on-orbit personnel to repair the leakage; optimizing an on-orbit gas resource gas supply strategy to obtain an optimal cabin pressure control point and the longest operation support time corresponding to the optimal cabin pressure control point, introducing the cabin pressure control point into closed-loop control of cabin pressure maintenance as expected cabin pressure, and performing gas supply control of cabin pressure maintenance; if leaking stoppage is not completed, an evacuation decision is made, and if leaking stoppage is completed, a decision for recovering pressure of the sealed cabin is made.

    本发明涉及一种载人航天器组合体密封舱泄漏故障处置决策方法,检测到航天器组合体发生密封舱泄漏故障之后,航天器平台将密封舱总压、压降速率的测量数值通过遥测数据发送至地面飞控支持系统;根据载人航天器组合体当前密封舱总压、压降速率的测量数值,在轨人员的健康状态,做出是否需要佩戴防护设备的决策,确定发生泄漏的漏孔所在区域、象限,提示在轨人员定位漏孔的位置,指导在轨人员补漏;优化在轨气体资源供气策略,得到最优舱压控制点及其对应的最长操作支持时间,将舱压控制点作为期望舱压引入舱压维持的闭环控制中,进行舱压维持的供气控制;未能完成堵漏,作出撤离决策,如果已经完成堵漏,做出对密封舱进行恢复压力的决策。
