The invention relates to the technical field of aviation, in particular to a vertical tail and horizontal tail convertible aircraft and a control method thereof, and the aircraft comprises a main wing, a telescopic device, a steering device, a swing device and an empennage mechanism. The telescopic device is configured to drive the empennage mechanism to move between an initial position and a preset position; the steering device is configured to switch the empennage mechanism between a horizontal state and a vertical state; when the empennage mechanism is at the initial position, the empennage mechanism is in a vertical fin mode; when the empennage mechanism is at the preset position, the empennage mechanism is in a horizontal tail mode; when the empennage mechanism is in a horizontal tail mode, the steering engine drives an empennage of the empennage mechanism to swing to adjust the flight attitude of the aircraft. The tail wing mechanism has the advantages that through the steering device, the tail wing mechanism can be flexibly switched between the horizontal tail mode and the vertical tail mode, and the maneuverability of the aircraft in the flying process is improved.

    本发明涉及航空技术领域,尤其涉及一种垂尾平尾可转换的飞行器及其控制方法,飞行器包括:主翼、伸缩装置、转向装置、摆动装置和尾翼机构。伸缩装置被构造成带动尾翼机构可在初始位置与预设位置之间移动;转向装置被构造成将尾翼机构在水平状态和垂直状态之间转换;其中,尾翼机构在初始位置时,尾翼机构处于垂尾模式;尾翼机构在预设位置时,尾翼机构处于平尾模式;当尾翼机构处于平尾模式时,舵机带动尾翼机构的尾翼的摆动来调整飞行器的飞行姿态。本发明的优点在于,本发明通过转向装置,实现了尾翼机构在平尾模式和垂尾模式之间灵活转换,增加了飞行器在飞行过程中的机动性。
