The high-altitude balloon issuing device comprises a first base, a roller, a locking and releasing mechanism, a turnover mechanism and a dip angle adjusting mechanism. The first end of the roller is movably connected with the locking and releasing mechanism, and the second end of the roller is connected with the turnover mechanism; the inclination angle adjusting mechanism comprises a first support, a second support, a first rotating shaft and an inclination angle adjusting assembly, the first support and the second support are oppositely arranged and connected with the first rotating shaft, and the first rotating shaft is arranged on the first base; the first support is connected with the locking and releasing mechanism, the second support is connected with the turnover mechanism, and the inclination angle adjusting assembly is connected with the first support and used for driving the first support to rotate. According to the high-altitude balloon issuing device, the issuing inclination angle of the roller can be actively adjusted, adaptation to different inclination angles of the roller is achieved, the issuing risk caused by mismatching of the inclination angles is reduced, and safe issuing of high-altitude balloons is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及浮空器技术领域,提供一种高空气球发放装置及控制方法。上述的高空气球发放装置,包括:第一底座、滚筒、锁紧释放机构、翻转机构和倾角调节机构;滚筒的第一端与锁紧释放机构活动连接,滚筒的第二端与翻转机构连接;倾角调节机构包括:第一支架、第二支架、第一转轴和倾角调节组件,第一支架与第二支架相对设置,并与所述第一转轴连接,第一转轴设于第一底座;第一支架与锁紧释放机构连接,第二支架与翻转机构连接,倾角调节组件与第一支架连接,倾角调节组件用于带动第一支架转动。上述的高空气球发放装置,可对滚筒的发放倾角主动调节,实现了对滚筒不同倾角的适应,降低了倾角不匹配造成的发放风险,保证了高空气球安全发放。
