The invention relates to the technical field of ship monitoring, in particular to a ship fuel leakage monitoring and processing system which is provided with a fuel preparation room module, a fuel daily cabin module, a stern fuel cabin joint area module, a bow fuel cabin joint area module, a fuel storage cabin module and a double-bottom area module. The fuel preparation room module, the fuel daily cabin module, the stern fuel cabin joint area module, the bow fuel cabin joint area module, the fuel storage cabin module and the double-layer bottom area module are respectively used for connecting a fuel preparation room, a fuel daily cabin, a stern fuel cabin joint area and a bow fuel cabin joint area; the areas where fuel leaks in the fuel storage cabin module and the double-layer bottom area are monitored, leaked fuel is collected, and therefore the situation that the leaked fuel influences the health of sailors and the marine ecological environment can be avoided.
