According to the docking method, docking is simulated by combining docking block position data, docking block height data and docking end face flatness data, the docking block falling docking condition is pre-judged under the condition that the docking block flatness of a docking block falling area is uncontrollable, reference is provided for end face trimming and cutting according to docking block coupling data, the docking precision is improved, it is ensured that the docking precision meets the follow-up construction requirement, and the docking efficiency is improved. And the risk coefficient of the floating posture adjusting pier falling butt joint process method is reduced, manpower and material resource cost loss caused by butt joint gap adjustment in the later period is reduced, the dock stage construction period can be shortened, and ship ring section butt joint has higher quality, cost and efficiency competitiveness.

    本发明提供一种船舶环段模拟对接方法,该对接方法将建造时的坞墩倾斜情况与合拢时的坞墩倾斜情况进行比对,得出环段对接面的修割量,使得在落墩至对接区域后,环段的对接面仍能保证对接精度。该对接方法结合坞墩位置数据、坞墩高度数据、对接端面平整度数据进行模拟对接,实现在落墩区域坞墩平整度不可控情况下,预判落墩对接情况,依据坞墩耦合数据给端面修割提供参考,提高对接精度,确保对接精度满足后续施工要求,降低浮态调姿落墩对接工艺方法的风险系数,减少后期因调整对接间隙而带来的人力物力成本损耗,还能够缩短船坞阶段施工周期,使船舶环段对接更具有品质、成本和效率竞争力。
