The invention provides a plug-in type design-based portable motorcycle emergency charging scheme generation method, which comprises the following steps of: acquiring a capacitor voltage parameter and a capacitor internal resistance parameter of each capacitor layer, and training a nonlinear mapping model by taking temperature and current data in a charging and discharging process as input and taking the voltage and internal resistance parameter of each capacitor layer as output; through cross validation, optimizing capacitance, temperature and current parameters of the nonlinear mapping model; in the charging and discharging process of the plug-in type charging module, temperature and current data of each capacitor layer are collected in real time and input into the nonlinear mapping model, and voltage and internal resistance parameters of each capacitor layer are predicted to obtain dynamic changes of the parameters of the capacitor layers in the charging and discharging process.
