And the energy loss of the electric automobile heating system is effectively reduced.

    本发明涉及汽车电机冷却技术领域,尤其为一种集成智能温控系统的汽车电机冷却装置及其使用方法,包括散热器、风扇、膨胀水箱、电动水泵和水管,散热器一侧安装有风扇,散热器一侧上端通过水管连接有膨胀水箱,散热器一侧底端通过水管连接有电动水泵,电动水泵通过水管与驱动电机内部散热通道连接,驱动电机与散热器之间连接的水管外部设有温控机构,温控机构上端内侧安装有空调低压管;本发明中,可以利用汽车内部空调冷风以及空调低压管,对流经换热管内部的防冻液进行降温,提高了汽车整体应对极端环境的性能,且在外部温度较低时,对流经换热管内部的防冻液的热量进行利用,辅助电动汽车的加热系统,有效降低电动汽车加热系统的能量损耗。
