The invention discloses a gas utilization system and a vehicle. The gas utilization system comprises a gas supply unit and a recovery pipeline, the gas supply unit is connected with a first gas receiving unit and a second gas receiving unit through a gas conveying pipeline, and the gas conveying pipeline is provided with a fourth switching valve between the first gas receiving unit and the second gas receiving unit. One end of the recovery pipeline is connected with the second gas receiving unit, and the other end of the recovery pipeline is connected to the gas inlet end of the gas supply unit. When the fourth switching valve is opened, the gas supply unit can supply gas to the first gas receiving unit and the second gas receiving unit at the same time through the gas conveying pipeline; when the fourth switching valve is closed, the gas supply unit can supply gas to the first gas receiving unit through the gas conveying pipeline, and meanwhile, the second gas receiving unit can convey the gas to the gas supply unit through the recycling pipeline to be recycled, so that the height of the whole vehicle and the posture of the whole vehicle are adjusted more accurately; and the gas utilization system provided by the invention simplifies pipeline connection.
