The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to a tire pressure abnormity determination method and device and computer equipment. The method comprises the steps that in the vehicle running process, the current tire pressure value of a tire in a vehicle is obtained; when it is determined that the current tire pressure value meets the tire pressure early warning condition, current tire pressure associated data of the tire are obtained; the current tire pressure associated data comprises current vehicle driving data and current vehicle load data; according to the difference between the current tire pressure associated data and standard tire pressure associated data of the vehicle, determining a tire pressure associated risk value corresponding to the current tire pressure associated data; wherein a tire pressure standard risk value corresponding to the standard tire pressure associated data is within a safety threshold value; and determining whether the tire pressure of the tire is abnormal or not according to the tire pressure risk value and the tire pressure associated risk value corresponding to the current tire pressure value.
