The invention discloses a sugar palm tree sugar juice collecting system based on an unmanned aerial vehicle, the system comprises a sugar juice collecting platform and the unmanned aerial vehicle which are built below a sugar palm tree inflorescence layer, and the sugar juice collecting platform is provided with a limiting sleeve for limiting each inflorescence to be collected in the inflorescence layer; a parking point corresponding to a sleeve opening of the limiting sleeve is arranged on the sugar juice collecting platform, the parking point is used for placing a liquid storage bottle for collecting flower juice, and the unmanned aerial vehicle is used for transporting the liquid storage bottle between the parking point and the ground. The system further comprises a shielding cleaning module, a platform construction module, an inflorescence limiting module, an inflorescence cutting module, a first transportation module and a second transportation module. All the modules are matched with one another, so that the unmanned aerial vehicle is controlled to collect sugar juice of sugar palms. The sugar palm tree sugar juice collecting device can collect sugar palm tree sugar juice more efficiently and safely.
