The invention relates to the technical field of aerospace, and discloses a high-precision helical antenna for a spacecraft, a preparation method of the high-precision helical antenna and the spacecraft. The helical antenna comprises a base body made of a special engineering plastic material, and a metal coating spirally embedded on the outer surface of the base body, the number of the metal coating is at least one, and the metal coating comprises a copper coating, a nickel alloy coating and a gold or silver coating. By means of the process, the high-precision spiral metal conductive antenna with the metal coating and the base body integrated can be prepared on the surface of the special engineering plastic base body such as PI and PEEK. The metal coating on the surface of the spiral antenna is good in bonding strength and deformation resistance, the spiral metal coating is high in shape and position precision, the coating is free of abnormity in the high-temperature environment of-196 DEG C to + 150 DEG C or 260 DEG C, overall deformation is uniform and good in the high-temperature and low-temperature environment, good space environment stability is achieved, and the spiral antenna is a high-stability spiral antenna suitable for being applied to the space environment.

    本申请涉及航空航天技术领域,公开了一种航天器用高精度螺旋天线及其制备方法以及航天器。本申请所述螺旋天线包括特种工程塑料材质的基体,以及以螺旋状嵌合于所述基体外表面上的金属镀层;所述金属镀层的个数至少为1个,包括铜镀层、镍合金镀层,以及金或银镀层。本申请工艺可在PI及PEEK等特种工程塑料基体表面制备出金属镀层与基体一体的高精度螺旋型金属导电天线。所述螺旋天线表面金属镀层结合强度及抗变形性能良好,螺旋状金属镀层形位精度高,镀层经‑196℃~+150℃,或260℃高温环境下无异常,高低温环境下整体变形均匀良好,具有良好的空间环境稳定性,是适合于空间环境应用的高稳定性螺旋型天线。
