The invention discloses a traffic flow prediction method based on GAT and an improved PKO-ELM algorithm. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, preprocessing real-time acquired and historical traffic flow data sets; secondly, modeling a traffic road map into a map structure, and constructing a node feature matrix and an adjacent matrix; thirdly, updating and aggregating the features of the matrix through GAT, and extracting the spatial features of the nodes; then, constructing a PKO-ELM model, initializing a population through a reverse learning strategy to carry out PKO algorithm improvement, optimizing ELM parameters by utilizing the improved PKO algorithm, and searching an optimal solution of model parameters; and finally, predicting the traffic flow data by using the trained and optimized PKO-ELM model, and performing visual display through an interactive map. According to the method, a more accurate traffic flow prediction result is provided on the basis of an evolutionary algorithm after spatial feature extraction and parameter optimization of deep learning, so that traffic congestion is relieved, and traffic management is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于GAT和改进PKO‑ELM算法的交通流预测方法。首先,对实时采集和历史交通流数据集进行预处理;其次,将交通道路图建模为图结构,构建节点特征矩阵和邻接矩阵;再次,通过GAT对矩阵进行特征的更新和聚合,提取节点的空间特征;然后,构建PKO‑ELM模型,通过反向学习的策略初始化种群进行PKO算法改进,利用改进的PKO算法优化ELM参数,搜索模型参数的最优解;最后,利用训练优化后的PKO‑ELM模型对交通流数据进行预测,并通过交互式地图进行可视化展示。本发明基于深度学习的空间特征提取和参数优化后的进化算法,提供了一种更准确的交通流预测结果,从而缓解交通拥堵和改善交通管理。
