A road traffic incident real-time prediction system comprises a data preparation module used for collecting data in real time and preprocessing the data; the model designing and training module is used for designing and training a plurality of models by utilizing the processed data; the model fusion module is used for fusing the trained models; the system deployment module is used for packaging the model and deploying the model to a cloud service platform; wherein the data preparation module, the model design and training module and the model fusion module are connected in sequence, and the model design and training module and the model fusion module are connected with the cloud server platform through the system deployment module; and the cloud server platform is connected with the data preparation module and used for transmitting to-be-predicted data to a model of the cloud server platform for prediction, and is connected with the result display module and used for displaying a prediction result in real time. The problem of data imbalance is effectively solved, and the real-time prediction capability of the road tunnel traffic incident is improved.

    一种公路交通事件实时预测系统,包括:数据准备模块,用于实时采集数据并对数据进行预处理;模型设计与训练模块,用于利用处理好的数据设计并训练若干模型;模型融合模块,用于对训练好的模型进行融合;系统部署模块,用于对模型进行打包处理并部署到云服务平台中;其中,所述数据准备模块、模型设计与训练模块以及模型融合模块依次相连,所述模型设计与训练模块与模型融合模块分别通过系统部署模块与云服务器平台连接;所述云服务器平台与数据准备模块连接用于将待预测数据传输到云服务器平台的模型中进行预测,并与结果展示模块连接,用于对预测结果进行实时展示。有效地解决数据不平衡问题,并提升了对公路隧道交通事件的实时预测能力。
