The invention belongs to the field of ship power systems, and discloses a moving impeller blade surface configuration method for improving cavitation performance of a water jet propulsion pump, which comprises the following steps of: unfolding airfoils at sections with different radiuses to a plane; dividing a movable impeller pressure surface blade section configuration optimization triangular region; and cutting off the section configuration optimization triangular area of the blade on the pressure surface of the movable impeller. By changing different radiuses which are profiles from the guide edges to the pressure surfaces of the blades, on the premise that the pump efficiency is not reduced, the pressure difference between the suction surface and the pressure surface of the movable impeller is further optimized, and the cavitation performance of the pump is improved.
本发明属于船舶动力系统领域,公开了一种提升喷水推进泵汽蚀性能的动叶轮叶片表面构型方法,包括如下步骤:对每个不同半径的剖面处翼型展开至平面;划分动叶轮压力面叶片剖面构型优化三角形区域;切除所述动叶轮压力面叶片剖面构型优化三角形区域。通过改变不同半径是导边至叶片压力面的剖面的翼型,在不降低泵效率的前提下,进一步优化动叶轮吸力面与压力面的压力差,提升泵汽蚀性能。
