The invention provides a novel double-electromagnetic-valve shock absorber which comprises an oil storage cylinder, a middle cylinder, a working cylinder and a piston rod and further comprises a recovery valve assembly, a compression valve assembly, a recovery electromagnetic valve and a compression electromagnetic valve. The rebuilt valve assembly is connected to the lower end of the piston rod to divide the working cylinder into an upper cavity and a lower cavity; the compression valve assembly is arranged at the bottom end of the working cylinder to communicate the lower cavity with the oil storage cylinder; the restoring electromagnetic valve is connected to the outer side of the oil storage cylinder, and the upper cavity is communicated with the oil storage cylinder; the compression electromagnetic valve is arranged at the bottom of the oil storage cylinder to communicate the lower cavity with the oil storage cylinder; when the piston rod moves upwards, part of oil in the upper cavity flows into the oil storage cavity through the recovery electromagnetic valve, and part flows into the lower cavity through the recovery valve assembly. When the piston rod moves downwards, part of oil in the lower cavity flows into the oil storage cylinder through the compression electromagnetic valve, part flows into the oil storage cylinder through the compression valve assembly, and part flows into the upper cavity through the rebuilt valve. According to the novel double-electromagnetic-valve shock absorber, damping force adjustment in a large range can be achieved under the condition that the occupied chassis space is small.
