And controlling the high-voltage power supply connected with each thruster to alternately output positive and negative voltages according to a preset frequency, and due to positive and negative alternation of the voltages, the charge quantities of the charged particles ejected by the thrusters are the same, and the ejected plume is self-neutralized.
