The two sets of sliding blocks synchronously move towards the middle of the two-way screw and drive other mechanisms to synchronously move while moving, so that a hoisted heavy object is limited, the heavy object can be prevented from swinging in the air, and the risk that the heavy object collides with surrounding buildings or constructors is reduced; when the carrying pole is stored, the direction of the side with the teeth is downward, and the limiting plate fixed on the guide column is overturned to the position above the carrying pole, so that accidental collision or friction of the limiting plate in the storage process can be reduced, and the service life of the limiting plate is prolonged.

    本发明属于机械设备技术领域,具体的说是一种增强起吊转子作业过程中安全系数的装置,包括有起吊设备,起吊设备包括有起重器吊钩,起重器吊钩外环面套设有钢丝绳,钢丝绳一端固定连接有拉力计,拉力计另一端固定连接有手拉葫芦,通过两组滑动块同步向双向螺杆中部移动,并在移动的同时带动其余机构进行同步运动,从而对吊起的重物进行限位,进而可以防止重物在空中摆动,降低了与周围建筑物或施工人员碰撞的风险,其次当转动板脱离卡位柱时,带有齿牙一侧的朝向会向下,此时固定在导向柱上的限位板则会翻转到扁担的上方,从而可以减少限位板在存储过程中受到的意外碰撞或摩擦,进而延长限位板的使用寿命。
