The invention discloses an elevator installation guidance method and system, and relates to the technical field of elevator installation, and the method comprises the steps: scanning the internal structure of an elevator shaft through a laser range finder, obtaining three-dimensional point cloud data, and synchronously collecting image data of the inner surface of the shaft through a structured light camera; performing data fusion on the laser ranging data and the image data to generate a three-dimensional environment model including the well size, the structural layout and the environment characteristics; analyzing the generated three-dimensional environment model by using an image recognition algorithm, and recognizing and marking elevator guide rail fixing points, car positioning points, counterweight mounting points, door machine mounting points and control system mounting points; and based on the marked point positions, the installation sequence and the installation path of the elevator guide rails are generated through a path planning algorithm, and elevator part installation is guided. According to the elevator installation guiding method and system, the actual space layout of the elevator shaft can be accurately obtained, errors existing in traditional manual measurement are effectively eliminated, and accurate positioning of elevator installation points is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种电梯的安装指导方法及系统,涉及电梯安装技术领域,包括:通过激光测距仪扫描电梯井道的内部结构,获取三维点云数据,通过结构光摄像头同步采集井道内表面的图像数据;将激光测距数据与图像数据进行数据融合,生成包含井道尺寸、结构布局及环境特征的三维环境模型;应用图像识别算法对生成的三维环境模型进行解析,识别并标注电梯导轨固定点、轿厢定位点、对重安装点、门机安装点及控制系统安装点;基于标注点位,运用路径规划算法生成电梯导轨的安装顺序和安装路径,指导电梯部件安装。本发明提供的电梯的安装指导方法及系统能够精确获取电梯井道的实际空间布局,有效消除传统人工测量中存在的误差,确保电梯安装点的精准定位。
