The invention discloses a track gauge measuring system, a measuring method and a metering calibration method.The track gauge measuring system is installed at the bottom of a track detection vehicle through a bearing beam and comprises a detection beam, a left rotating device, a right rotating device, a left point laser distance measuring sensor, a right point laser distance measuring sensor, a left acceleration sensor and a right acceleration sensor; the detection beam is arranged at the bottom of the bearing beam in parallel; the two rotating devices are arranged at the left end and the right end of the front side of the detection beam respectively, the two laser distance measuring sensors are arranged on the two rotating devices respectively, and the two rotating devices are used for adjusting the angles of the two laser distance measuring sensors respectively, so that laser emitting points of the two laser distance measuring sensors are located at the positions 16 mm below the rail surface of a right steel rail and the rail surface of a left steel rail when the track detection vehicle is static; the two acceleration sensors are arranged at the left end and the right end of the rear side of the detection beam respectively and used for detecting the transverse acceleration and the longitudinal acceleration of the two laser distance measuring sensors respectively. The track gauge can be accurately measured, and an original track gauge measuring system can be calibrated.

    本发明公开了一种轨距测量系统、测量方法、计量校准方法,所述轨距测量系统通过承载梁安装在轨道检测车底部,包括检测梁、左旋转装置、右旋转装置、左点激光测距传感器、右点激光测距传感器、左加速度传感器和右加速度传感器;所述检测梁平行设置在所述承载梁底部;两个旋转装置分别设置在所述检测梁前侧的左右端,两个激光测距传感器分别设置在两个旋转装置上,两个旋转装置分别用于调节两个激光测距传感器的角度,使其在轨道检测车静止时的激光出射点位于右侧和左钢轨轨面下16mm处;两个加速度传感器分别设置在所述检测梁后侧的左右端,分别用于检测两个激光测距传感器的横纵向加速度。本发明能够准确测量轨距,并能够对原轨距测量系统进行校准。
