    本发明公开了一种超级充电枪的液冷结构,涉及充电枪液冷结构技术领域,旨在解决现有的充电枪散热结构较为单一的技术问题,包括与充电枪头电连接的线缆、设置在充电桩内的冷却液循环系统、以及设置在充电枪头与线缆传导处的冷却机构。本发明通过设置冷却机构,通过热胀冷缩,可实现环形均匀散热和局部高效散热两种散热效果,在充电枪内温度均匀时,穿孔呈环形阵列排布,使得第一液冷管均匀布置在充电枪内部,实现均匀液冷散热,在充电枪内部温差较大,利用热胀冷缩原理,使得第一撑环发生倾斜,通过第一拉簧使得若干穿孔朝倾斜处滑动,进而使得第一液冷管呈弧形集中,实现局部高效液冷散热,本发明具备两种使用效果,具有良好的散热处理能力。
