The invention discloses a real-time torque control method based on model predictive control, which reduces gear shifting impact and effectively improves comfort in a driving process. The method is characterized in that a dynamical model is established to predict the working condition of the next moment, the dynamical model comprises a working condition recognition module, a vehicle speed and state module matched with the working condition and a model prediction control module, and the model prediction and control module obtains an optimal solution after obtaining an objective function and constraints through a prediction model. The output control quantity corresponding to the optimal solution is used for eliminating the expected value deviation and predicting the output execution quantity at the next moment in real time to be executed by an execution mechanism of the driving transmission system, and the working condition identification module is used for collecting the corresponding parameters of the control quantity of each working condition in the current and historical input information; the corresponding parameters of the control quantity comprise a target vehicle speed vref, a target motor torque tau ref, a target gearbox gear gearref and a target torque J; the future working condition is predicted according to current and historical input information collected in real time.

    本发明公开了一种基于模型预测控制的实时扭矩控制方法,其减少换挡冲击,有效提升行驶过程中的舒适性。其特征在于:其建立动力学模型从而来预测下一时刻的工况,动力学模型包括工况识别模块、匹配工况的车速及状态模块、模型预测控制模块,模型预测与控制模块通过预测模型获得目标函数及约束之后获得最优求解,最优求解所对应的输出控制量在消除期望值偏差并实时预测下一刻的输出执行量给驱动传动系统的执行机构进行执行,其中工况识别模块采集当前以及历史输入信息中每个工况的控制量的对应参数,控制量的对应参数包括目标车速vref、目标电机转矩τref、目标变速箱挡位gearref、目标扭矩J;其根据实时采集的当前以及历史输入信息预测未来工况。
