The invention relates to an automobile thermal management system and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of automobiles. The automobile thermal management system comprises a full indirect type refrigerant loop, a cooling liquid loop and a thermal coupling structure. The full indirect type refrigerant loop comprises an electric compressor, an integrated plate type heat exchanger, a first battery cooler, a second battery cooler and the like. A refrigerant absorbs heat through secondary evaporation to improve the heat management efficiency. The cooling liquid loop comprises a low-temperature radiator, a motor electric control system, an HVAC assembly, a plurality of water pumps and a multi-way water valve, and heat dissipation or heating of different parts is achieved through accurate control over the flow direction of cooling liquid. The thermal coupling structure achieves efficient heat exchange between a refrigerant and cooling liquid through the integrated plate type heat exchanger and the battery cooler. By optimizing the design of a refrigerant and cooling liquid loop, multiple functional modes are supported, the multiple working condition requirements of battery cooling, passenger compartment heating, motor electric control system heat dissipation and the like can be met, meanwhile, the efficiency, adaptability and safety of the system are improved, the system is matched with R290 and other environment-friendly refrigerants, and the energy-saving and environment-friendly requirements are met.

    本发明涉及一种汽车热管理系统与车辆,涉及汽车技术领域。本发明的汽车热管理系统包括全间接式冷媒回路、冷却液回路以及热耦合结构。全间接式冷媒回路包括电动压缩机、集成板式换热器、第一电池冷却器和第二电池冷却器等部件,冷媒通过二次蒸发吸热提高热管理效率;冷却液回路包括低温散热器、电机电控系统、HVAC总成以及多个水泵和多通水阀,通过冷却液流向的精确控制实现不同部件的散热或采暖;热耦合结构通过集成板式换热器和电池冷却器实现冷媒与冷却液之间的高效热量交换。本发明通过优化冷媒与冷却液回路的设计,支持多种功能模式,能够满足电池冷却、乘员舱采暖及电机电控系统散热等多工况需求,同时提升了系统效率、适应性和安全性,适配R290等环保冷媒,符合节能环保要求。
