The invention discloses a converter module, a converter and a charging pile, and relates to the technical field of converters. The converter module comprises an installation frame, a radiator, an IGBT component, a capacitor assembly, a first low-inductance busbar and a second low-inductance busbar. The radiator is arranged in the mounting frame; the IGBT component is arranged on the radiator; the capacitor assembly is arranged in the mounting frame; the first low-inductance busbar is stacked above the IGBT component and is electrically connected with the IGBT component; the second low-inductance busbar is at least partially stacked above the first low-inductance busbar, and the second low-inductance busbar is electrically connected with the IGBT component and the capacitor assembly. The first low-inductance busbar and the second low-inductance busbar are at least partially overlapped, electromagnetic fields of the positive busbar and the negative busbar of the overlapped part are mutually counteracted, and stray inductance is further reduced.

    本发明公开了一种变流器模块、变流器以及充电桩,涉及变流器技术领域。变流器模块包括:安装框、散热器、IGBT元器件、电容组件、第一低感母排以及第二低感母排;散热器设置于安装框内;IGBT元器件设置于散热器上;电容组件设置于安装框内;第一低感母排叠设于IGBT元器件的上方,并与IGBT元器件电连接;第二低感母排至少部分叠设于第一低感母排的上方,且第二低感母排与IGBT元器件、电容组件均电连接。本发明中第一低感母排与第二低感母排至少部分叠合,叠设部分正排和负排的电磁场相互抵消,进一步降低杂散电感。
