The invention discloses a direct current liquid cooling charging gun false locking prevention method and device, and relates to the technical field of charging guns, pulse signals sent by a charging pile all the time are obtained and analyzed, then a locking or unlocking instruction is sent to the charging gun, feedback information for executing the locking or unlocking instruction of a pulse electronic lock on the charging gun is obtained, and the charging gun is locked or unlocked according to the feedback information. The conversion module is installed on the charging gun, the conversion module is connected with the charging pile and the electronic lock, a traditional mode that the charging pile is directly connected with the electronic lock for control is replaced, and the electronic lock independent control module is further arranged, so that the electronic lock can be independently controlled; the problems that gun locking events occur and components in the charging pile and the charging gun are damaged due to the gun locking events can be effectively solved.

    本发明公开了一种直流液冷充电枪防误锁方法及装置,涉及充电枪技术领域,获取充电桩一直发送的脉冲信号并对脉冲信号进行分析后发出上锁或解锁指令给充电枪,获取充电枪上脉冲电子锁的执行上锁或解锁指令的反馈信息,并根据反馈信息和脉冲信号生成上锁或解锁指令发送给充电枪,通过在充电枪上安装转换模块,将转换模块与充电桩和电子锁连接,代替传统的充电桩直接与电子锁连接控制,并且还设置电子锁独立控制模块,可实现独立控制电子锁,可有效解决了锁枪的事件的发生及因锁枪事件发生造成损坏充电桩桩内和充电枪枪内元器件的问题。
