The invention provides an expressway driving risk prediction method and system based on a management and control unit, and the method comprises the steps: firstly, automatically extracting key risk regions, namely X driving risk road condition data, from target driving road condition data, and then carrying out the detailed risk knowledge point estimation of the risk regions, thereby achieving the prediction of the driving risk of the expressway. And detailed risk knowledge point estimation data is generated, and the accuracy and the reliability of driving risk prediction are remarkably improved by adopting the target driving risk estimation network subjected to parameter optimization. In the training process, through comparison between the prior risk knowledge points and the estimated risk knowledge points of the sample vehicle road condition data, the network parameters are continuously optimized until the training termination requirement is met, and the prediction performance of the network model is ensured. Therefore, the method not only can effectively identify the potential highway driving risk, but also can provide scientific and reasonable management and control scheme suggestions for a traffic management department, thereby improving the driving safety of the highway and reducing the occurrence of traffic accidents.
本发明提供一种基于管控单元的高速公路行车风险预测方法及系统,首先能够自动从目标行车路况数据中提取出关键的风险区域,即X个行车风险路况数据,随后通过对这些风险区域进行细致的风险知识点估计,生成详尽的风险知识点估计数据,通过采用经过参数优化的目标行车风险估计网络,本发明显著提高了行车风险预测的准确性与可靠性。在训练过程中,通过样例行车路况数据的先验风险知识点与估计风险知识点之间的对比,不断优化网络参数,直至满足训练终止要求,确保了网络模型的预测性能。由此,本发明不仅能够有效识别潜在的高速公路行车风险,还能为交通管理部门提供科学、合理的管控方案建议,从而提升高速公路的行车安全,减少交通事故的发生。
