The invention discloses a spatio-temporal feature enhancement method and system for few-sample traffic flow prediction, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the time feature data, global feature data and local environment feature data of a city, and enabling the city to comprise a source city and a target city; processing the global feature data and the local environment feature data to obtain spatial feature data; and according to the time feature data and the spatial feature data, obtaining a spatial-temporal feature embedding vector, and according to the spatial-temporal feature embedding vector, performing traffic flow prediction on the target city to obtain a traffic flow prediction result. According to the invention, the accuracy of the target city in space-time prediction tasks such as traffic flow can be improved, and the prediction precision of a cross-city space-time prediction task is improved.
