In the system, a tag reading unit reads radio frequency electronic tags on urban tracks through which a train passes in real time; when the inspection control unit analyzes and determines that the radio frequency electronic tag read in real time is an urban rail starting position tag, an inspection instruction for starting inspection is sent to the image acquisition control unit; when receiving the instruction, the image acquisition unit acquires image information of the urban rail through which the train passes in real time; the image acquisition control unit combines the image signal with the pulse signal received from the coding unit according to a timestamp to obtain real-time inspection information of the urban rail; the artificial intelligence processing unit performs data analysis to determine whether the real-time inspection information represents that the urban rail has an inspection problem; and if yes, sending alarm information carrying the inspection problem. The accuracy and efficiency of track state inspection are improved, and the labor cost is reduced.
