The invention discloses a ship track prediction method based on Attention-BiLSTM, and relates to the technical field of ship track prediction. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring ship AIS data, weather data and date attribute data; carrying out abnormal data detection and elimination on the ship track data, and filling missing data after elimination; establishing a ship track feature input candidate set, selecting a feature input variable influencing the ship track, determining a delay order between the ship track and the feature input variable, and constructing a feature vector; dividing the feature vector into a limited number of sub-model action ranges, and performing boundary division and boundary estimation; and establishing a ship track prediction model for each sub-model action range, and realizing rolling prediction of the ship track through the ship track prediction model. Accurate high-quality data and reasonable action range division are provided for ship track prediction, the ship track prediction precision is guaranteed, and the purposes of ship reasonable path planning, resource optimization scheduling and marine navigation safety improvement are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种基于Attention‑BiLSTM的船舶航迹预测方法,涉及船舶航迹预测技术领域。本发明获取船舶AIS数据、天气数据和日期属性数据;对船舶航迹数据进行异常数据的检测与剔除,并对剔除后的缺失数据进行填补;建立船舶航迹特征输入候选集,选取影响船舶航迹的特征输入变量,确定船舶航迹与特征输入变量间的延迟阶数,构造特征向量;将特征向量划分为有限数量的子模型作用域,并进行边界划分与边界估计;对各子模型作用域进行船舶航迹预测模型的建立,通过船舶航迹预测模型,实现船舶航迹的滚动预测。本发明为船舶航迹预测提供准确的高质量数据及合理的作用域划分,保证船舶航迹预测的精度,达到船舶合理路径规划、资源优化调度、提高海上航行安全的目的。
