The invention relates to the field of hydraulic retarders, in particular to a hydraulic retarder high-frequency proportional valve which comprises a valve seat, a protective cover is mounted above the valve seat, an ECU control connector is mounted on one side of the protective cover, a sealing ring is attached between the protective cover and the valve seat, and a heat insulation pad is mounted at the bottom of the valve seat. Through high-frequency cooperation of one group of static iron core and the movable iron core, gas can flow into the gas outlet from the gas inlet, and when the gas pressure is large, through high-frequency cooperation of the other group of static iron core and the movable iron core, part of the gas can be discharged in a one-way mode along a one-way valve cavity while the gas can be discharged along the gas outlet; the control mode that high-frequency control of the two sets of static iron cores and the movable iron core is matched with detection of the pressure sensor is adopted, the whole structure is simple, meanwhile, the valve seat has the advantages of being rapid and sensitive in adjustment reaction and low in noise, and it can be guaranteed that the working condition temperature in the valve seat is stable by being matched with a heat insulation pad at the bottom.

    本发明涉及液力缓速器领域,具体涉及一种液力缓速器高频比例阀,包括阀座,所述阀座上方安装有防护罩,所述防护罩一侧安装有ECU控制连接器,所述防护罩与阀座之间贴合有密封圈,所述阀座底部安装有隔热垫。本发明通过一组静铁芯和动铁芯的高频配合,从而使气体可以从进气口流入出气口内,并且当气压较大时,此时可以通过另一组静铁芯和动铁芯的高频配合,使气体可以顺着出气口排出的同时,部分气体会顺着单向阀腔内单向排出,从而实现内部气压调节的效果,且两组静铁芯和动铁芯高频控制与配合压力传感器检测的控制方式,其整体结构较为简单的同时,也有着调节反应快速灵敏和噪音低的特点,且配合底部的隔热垫可以保证阀座内部工况温度稳定。
