The invention relates to a cross cable arrangement control method for a deep sea winch. The method comprises the steps that displacement of a cable arrangement device corresponding to half-circle rotation of a cable storage drum is calculated; according to the real-time rotating speed of the cable storage winding drum, calculating the time corresponding to half-circle rotation of the winding drum to obtain the moving speed of the cable arrangement device; the cable arrangement device starts from the zero point side of the cable storage winding drum and rotates for half a circle along with the cable storage winding drum in the x-axis positive direction at the speed v, and then the cable arrangement device moves in the x-axis negative direction at the speed v; after the cable arrangement device moves in the x-axis negative direction, the cable arrangement device moves in the x-axis positive direction again, and the operation is continuously repeated until the cable arrangement device reaches the non-zero-point side of the cable storage winding drum and then stops moving; the cable arrangement device stops for t1 time, and after the cable storage winding drum rotates for half a circle, the cable arrangement device starts from the non-zero-point side of the cable storage winding drum, follows the cable storage winding drum v to rotate for half a circle in the x-axis negative direction at the speed v and then moves in the x-axis positive direction at the speed v; and after the cable arrangement device moves in the x-axis positive direction, the cable arrangement device moves in the x-axis negative direction again, and the operation is continuously repeated until the cable arrangement device reaches the zero point side of the cable storage winding drum and then stops moving.

    本发明涉及一种深海绞车的交叉排缆控制方法,包括:计算储缆卷筒转动半圈对应排缆器的位移;根据储缆卷筒实时转速计算卷筒转动半圈对应的时间,进而得到排缆器移动速度;排缆器从储缆卷筒零点侧出发以速度v跟随储缆卷筒沿x轴正方向转动半圈后,排缆器以速度v沿x轴负方向移动;排缆器沿x轴负方向位移后,再次沿x轴正方向移动,并不断重复直至排缆器到达储缆卷筒非零点侧后停止运动;排缆器停止t1时间,等待储缆卷筒转动半圈后,排缆器从储缆卷筒非零点侧出发以速度v跟随储缆卷筒v沿x轴负方向转动半圈后,排缆器以速度v沿x轴正方向移动;排缆器沿x轴正方向位移后,再次沿x轴负方向移动,并不断重复直至排缆器到达储缆卷筒零点侧后停止运动。
