The invention provides an escalator driving host fault diagnosis method based on vibration analysis, and the method comprises the following steps: collecting a to-be-detected driving host part vibration signal, carrying out the Fourier transform of the vibration signal, and obtaining a spectrogram of the vibration signal; determining a layer number N of wavelet packet decomposition in the spectrogram according to a resonance band range excited by part fault impact; decomposing an original signal into N layers according to a wavelet packet decomposition algorithm; calculating the energy of each wavelet packet in the Nth layer, and extracting the frequency band with the maximum energy ratio; and performing envelope spectrum analysis on the frequency band to obtain fault envelope spectrum characteristics of the part, and determining a specific fault type according to characteristic frequencies of the part in different fault modes. Impact vibration signals caused by gear and bearing faults can be effectively diagnosed and early warned.

    本发明提出了一种基于振动分析的自动扶梯驱动主机故障诊断方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:采集待检测的驱动主机零部件振动信号,对振动信号进行傅里叶变换得到其频谱图,在频谱图根据零部件故障冲击激起的共振带范围确定小波包分解的层数N;将原始信号按小波包分解算法分解至N层;计算第N层中各个小波包的能量,提取能量占比最大的频带;对该频带进行包络谱分析得到零部件的故障包络谱特征,根据零部件的不同故障模式下的特征频率确定具体故障类型。对于齿轮和轴承故障引起的冲击振动信号可以做到有效诊断并预警。
