The invention is suitable for the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles, and provides a damping type unmanned aerial vehicle safe landing device which comprises a bearing plate, a supporting frame is fixedly connected to the lower end of the bearing plate, a lower sliding groove is formed in the supporting frame, and two symmetrically-distributed lower sliding seats are slidably connected to the inner wall of the lower sliding groove; a shock absorber is fixedly arranged between the middles of the two lower sliding seats, a first reset assembly is further arranged on the linkage assembly in a matched mode, two upper bases symmetrically distributed about the supporting frame are fixedly connected to the lower end of the bearing plate, first rotating plates are rotationally connected to the upper bases, and opening grooves are formed in the first rotating plates; a second rotating plate is rotationally connected between the inner wall of the opening groove and the lower sliding seat, and the lower end of the first rotating plate is fixedly connected with an abutting rod. Wherein one lower sliding seat is further provided with a limiting assembly, and the limiting assembly is provided with a second reset assembly in a matched mode. The damping device has the advantage of effectively damping the landing process of the unmanned aerial vehicle.
