The invention discloses a fuel oil water injection and heating and cooling integrated system for a fuel oil icing test, and the heating and cooling control of fuel oil is realized by adjusting the rotating speed of a compressor in primary and secondary heat conduction oil circulation and the fuel oil flow of an electric heater pipeline. According to cooling selection, heat exchange of fuel oil and a refrigerant in an external plate heat exchanger is optimized, an oil tank externally-wound variable-pitch evaporator coil is selected to replace the plate heat exchanger, and second-stage heat conduction oil with large specific heat capacity is selected in an evaporator to serve as an intermediate medium for heat exchange. And the intermediate medium is cooled by the first-stage heat conduction oil to control the fuel oil temperature, so that the reliability of equipment is improved, the heat exchange area is increased, the secondary flow intensity is improved, and the heat exchange efficiency is enhanced. Water is injected from a nozzle in the fuel tank after the heating and cooling process is finished, at the moment, the temperature of the fuel tank still needs to be monitored, the heating and cooling system is started to keep the fuel temperature constant, saturated water-containing fuel meeting airworthiness standards is prepared, and the oil is discharged through an oil return opening to complete the integrated process of preparation of the saturated water-containing fuel.

    本发明公开了一种面向燃油结冰试验的燃油注水及加降温一体化系统,通过调节一二级导热油循环中压缩机的转速及电加热器管路的燃油流量来实现对燃油的加降温控制,降温选择上针对燃油与制冷剂在外接板式换热器中实现热交换进行优化,选择油箱外绕式变螺距蒸发器盘管替代板式换热器,蒸发器中选用大比热容的二级导热油作为换热的中间介质,由一级导热油对中间介质进行降温以控制燃油温度,不仅改善设备的可靠性增大换热面积还提高了二次流强度增强换热效率。加降温过程结束从油箱内的喷嘴进行注水,此时仍需监测油箱温度并开启加降温系统维持燃油温度恒定,制备出符合适航标准的饱和含水燃油,通过回油口出油完成饱和含水燃油制备的一体化过程。
