The position, extending out of the piston, of the manual rod is sleeved with a spring and a limiting nut, the spring is located in an inner hole of the limiting nut, the lock pin assembly comprises a U-shaped connector, a self-locking nut, a pin rod, a knuckle bearing and a lock pin, the U-shaped connector is provided with a through hole, the lock pin is provided with the knuckle bearing, and the pin rod penetrates through the knuckle bearing and the through hole of the U-shaped connector to connect the lock pin with the U-shaped connector. The U-shaped connector is connected with the manual rod through threads, the touch rod is arranged between the U-shaped connector and the limiting nut in a sleeved mode, a lock washer is arranged between the touch rod and the limiting nut, and the end, away from the U-shaped connector, of the lock pin extends into a wheel fork hole.
