The invention relates to the technical field of ship design and manufacturing, and discloses an SCV waste water waste heat recovery comprehensive cold-proof system which comprises a submerged combustion type vaporizer, a waste water filter and a ballast tank, the submerged combustion type vaporizer is connected with the waste water filter through a pipeline, and a heating coil is arranged in the ballast tank and connected with the waste water filter through a pipeline. The waste water filter is connected with a heating coil in the ballast tank through a heating pipeline, and the tail end of the heating coil is connected to an outer plate of the ballast tank through a broadside short pipe and communicated with the outside. The submerged combustion type vaporizer is applied to the floating storage revaporization device, the submerged combustion type vaporizer is used for vaporizing liquefied natural gas into waste water generated in the process of natural gas, the waste water discharge problem is firstly solved, meanwhile, waste heat of the waste water is also used for conducting auxiliary heating on the ballast tank under the extremely cold working condition, and the waste water is recycled. The steam consumption of the ballast tank of the ship under the cold working condition is reduced, and the feasibility of applying the submerged combustion vaporizer to a floating storage revaporization device is achieved.

    本发明涉及船舶设计及制造技术领域,公开了一种SCV废水余热回收综合防寒系统,包括浸没燃烧式汽化器、废水过滤器和压载舱,所述浸没燃烧式汽化器与废水过滤器通过管道连接,所述压载舱内设有加热盘管,所述废水过滤器通过加热管道与压载舱内的加热盘管连接,所述加热盘管末端通过舷旁短管连接在压载舱的外板上且与外界连通。本发明将浸没燃烧式汽化器运用在浮式存储再汽化装置上,利用浸没燃烧式汽化器将液化天然气汽化成天然气过程中产生的废水,首先解决废水排放问题,同时也利用了废水的余热,在极寒工况下,对压载舱进行辅助加热,降低船舶在寒冷工况下压载舱的蒸汽耗量,解决了浸没燃烧式汽化器运用在浮式存储再汽化装置的可行性。
