    一种集装箱船货舱垫板锥角件总段阶段安装精度控制方法,将平行体货舱区域舱内垫板锥角件安装施工前移至总段阶段的安装精度控制方法,以保证舱内垫板锥角件快速准确的安装到位。在总段两侧台阶处设置5‑10mm防止总段下沉的反变形加放;对总段进行三维精度测量,在总段施画基准网络线;对大底总段搭载的横舱壁总段所带导轨进行里外数据测量,并做好记录;测量得到大底总段的垫板水平数据,与后续被搭载大底总段进行模拟数据搭载,对数据不符合要求的进行修正锥角件的重新安装并钉焊,再进行数据确认,直至符合数据要求。本发明解决了舱内垫板上的锥角件必须要在整舱成型焊后才能进行安装定位,并需要进行多次的舱内数据测量的问题。
