The shell can float on the water surface and move along with water flow, and the buoy throwing mechanism can throw buoys for hydrological detection. The buoy putting mechanism comprises a launching cylinder, a launching base is installed at the bottom of the launching cylinder, a detection buoy is placed in the launching cylinder, the launching base is used for generating propelling gas to push the detection buoy to a target water area for hydrological detection, and automatic hydrological detection for the karst cave water area can be achieved. And long-term effective hydrological detection requirements on complex water areas are met.
