The invention relates to the technical field of traffic control, in particular to a road and railway crossing safety prevention and control system, which comprises a prevention and control center, a thickness gauge, an unmanned aerial vehicle and a satellite, and is characterized in that the prevention and control center comprises a controller, a prevention and control tower and an emission light source; traffic marking lines for prohibiting vehicles from crossing are arranged on the two sides of the road surface respectively, and first reflecting surfaces are arranged on the traffic marking lines; a rail top is selected as a second reflecting surface; using a thickness gauge to measure the thickness of the rail and the road; the emission light source emits light to the first reflection surface and the second reflection surface, an initial reflection path is formed through reflection, and the unmanned aerial vehicle and the satellite are controlled to be located on the reflection path; an existing structure is used or transformed, the transformation cost is low, and the durability is extremely high; the launching angle is fixed, the unmanned aerial vehicle and the satellite are both located on a reflection path, and recognition can be achieved through one-time launching of the launching light source; according to the invention, through air-space-ground integrated monitoring, the safety of the intersection of the road and the railway is ensured.

    本发明涉及交通控制技术领域,具体涉及一种道路与铁路交叉安全防控系统,包括防控中心、测厚仪、无人机和卫星,防控中心包括控制器、防控塔、发射光源;道路表面两侧上分别设置有禁止车辆跨越的交通标线,在交通标线上设置有第一反射面;选取铁轨为轨顶为第二反射面;使用测厚仪对铁轨、道路进行测厚;发射光源向第一反射面和第二反射面发射光线经过反射形成初始反射路径,控制无人机和卫星均处于反射路径上;本发明通过利用现有的结构进行使用或者改造现有的结构,改造成本低,且耐用性极强;再结合发射角度固定、无人机和卫星均处于反射路径上,发射光源一次发射就可以识别;本申请通过空天地一体化监测,保证了道路与铁路交叉口处的安全性。
