The safety control precision of the high-voltage interlocking control system is improved; and when whether the gas circuit interlocking box can be continuously unlocked in the future is predicted, the operation state and the fault severity of the high-voltage related equipment are fused so as to accurately evaluate the overhaul disposal time of the high-voltage related equipment, and the overhaul disposal time is combined with the time sequence model so as to accurately evaluate the overhaul disposal time of the high-voltage related equipment. Whether the gas circuit interlocking box can be safely unlocked and high-voltage related equipment can be overhauled or not can be accurately judged, and the personal safety of maintainers is guaranteed.
