The invention provides a battery thermal management method based on a vehicle, the vehicle, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that the current battery temperature of a target vehicle is acquired; acquiring navigation information of the remaining journey of the target vehicle; according to the navigation information, calculating battery heat production corresponding to each road section after the target vehicle passes through each road section; calculating the actual battery temperature after the target vehicle passes through each road section according to the battery temperature and the battery heat yield corresponding to each road section; and performing thermal management on the battery of the target vehicle according to the actual battery temperature. According to the method, the temperature information of the battery in the remaining travel of the vehicle can be predicted, so that unnecessary battery heating or cooling can be avoided, and the energy consumption of the vehicle is reduced.
