The invention discloses a hybrid stepless wide variable speed driving system, which relates to the technical field of vehicles and comprises a planetary transmission mechanism, a hydraulic transmission mechanism, a motor shaft mechanism and an output shaft shifting fork gear shifting mechanism, the planetary transmission mechanism is used for receiving power from the engine; the hydraulic transmission mechanism comprises a variable hydraulic pump, a front variable hydraulic motor and a rear variable hydraulic motor; the maximum variable inclination angles of the variable hydraulic pump, the front variable hydraulic motor and the rear variable hydraulic motor are 45 degrees; the volume adjustable hydraulic pump and a front volume adjustable hydraulic motor and a rear volume adjustable hydraulic motor control oil path form a closed hydraulic system through an oil duct; the planetary transmission mechanism and the hydraulic transmission mechanism are both in transmission connection with the motor shaft mechanism, and the motor shaft mechanism is in transmission connection with the input end of the output shaft shifting fork gear shifting mechanism. The output shaft shifting fork gear shifting mechanism is provided with an L gear and an H gear. Stepless speed regulation can be achieved according to driving requirements, the hydraulic speed change range is wide, gear shifting speed increasing and decreasing in the advancing process are not needed, reliability is high, controllability is good, and operation efficiency is high.

    本发明公开了一种混动无级宽幅变速驱动系统,涉及车辆技术领域,包括行星传动机构、液压传动机构、马达轴机构及输出轴拨叉换挡机构;行星传动机构用于接收来自发动机的动力;液压传动机构包括变量液压泵、前变量液压马达及后变量液压马达;变量液压泵、前变量液压马达及后变量液压马达的变量最大倾角为45°;变量液压泵通过油道与前变量液压马达和后变量液压马达控制油路形成闭式液压系统;行星传动机构及液压传动机构均与马达轴机构传动连接,马达轴机构与输出轴拨叉换挡机构的输入端传动连接;输出轴拨叉换挡机构具有L挡和H挡。其能根据驾驶需求实现无级调速,液压变速范围宽,无需行进中换挡升降速,可靠性高、操控性好,作业效率高。
