The invention discloses a vehicle and a mounting structure of a battery cabinet in the technical field of vehicle accessory structures, and aims to solve the problem that the weight of the battery cabinet is limited due to the fact that shaking of the battery cabinet in the vehicle running process is difficult to eliminate in the prior art. The method comprises the steps that shaking of the battery cabinet is converted into swinging with the rotating shaft as the rotating center through the rotating shaft, a vibration reduction assembly and the rotating shaft are spaced in position so that it can be guaranteed that the counter-acting force of vibration reduction has a certain moment, and the vibration reduction assembly is used for being connected with a vehicle body so as to relieve vibration of the battery cabinet; when the vehicle body shakes, the vehicle body restores to the original position after rotating relative to the rotating shaft due to small-amplitude shaking of the vehicle body; when the vehicle shakes greatly, after the rotating shaft converts the shaking into the rotating motion around the rotating shaft, the vibration reduction assembly conducts vibration reduction on the rotating motion in a targeted mode, the vibration reduction assembly has enough torque compared with the rotating shaft to counteract the rotating motion, then vibration of the battery cabinet is greatly reduced, and the requirement for loading of batteries with larger mass is met.

    本发明公开了一种车辆附件结构技术领域的车辆及电池柜的安装结构,旨在解决现有技术中难以消除电池柜的车辆行驶中的晃动,导致电池柜的重量受到限制的问题。其包括:通过转轴将电池柜的晃动转换为以转轴为转动中心的摆动,减振组件与转轴在位置上存在间隔,以确保减振的反作用力具备一定的力矩,减振组件用于与所述车体连接,以减缓所述电池柜的振动;车体发生晃动时,车体的小幅度晃动使车体相对于转轴转动后恢复原位;当车辆进行大幅度晃动,在转轴已经将晃动转换为绕其的转动运动后,减振组件针对性的对转动运动进行减振,减振组件存在足够的相较于转轴的力矩来抵消转动运动,进而实现电池柜振动的大幅降低,满足更大质量的电池装载。
