The method comprises the steps that when only the cooling requirement of a battery pack is recognized, the opening degree of an electronic expansion valve connected between a battery cooler and a condenser is controlled according to the actual superheat degree of an inlet of a compressor and the target optimal superheat degree, and the rotating speed of the compressor is controlled according to the actual water inlet temperature and the target water inlet temperature of the battery pack; the water pump connected between the battery cooler and the battery pack is controlled according to the working state of the compressor, the temperature of the battery pack and the environment temperature; and when the battery pack cooling requirement and the passenger compartment cooling requirement are recognized, the opening degree of an electronic expansion valve connected between a battery cooler and a condenser is controlled according to the actual superheat degree of the compressor inlet and the target optimal superheat degree.
