The invention provides a guardrail region critical dimension detection method, which comprises a three-dimensional point cloud acquisition step, a profile positioning and extraction step and a width value acquisition step, and in the method, a three-dimensional point cloud of a guardrail region is generated through profile data acquired by a high-precision line laser sensor and corresponding mileage data, and then the three-dimensional point cloud is converted into a two-dimensional image; based on the two-dimensional image and the structural features of the guardrail, the starting point and the ending point of the guardrail are recognized, the mileage values of the guardrail are obtained, and then the mileage values of the preset detection positions can be obtained according to the mileage values of the starting point and the ending point of the guardrail and the preset standard distances between the starting point and the ending point of the guardrail and the preset detection positions. Therefore, the contour data of the predetermined detection position is extracted, and high-precision automatic detection of multiple key dimensions of the guardrail area is realized. According to the method, the two-dimensional image is used as an index to carry out positioning and contour data frame extraction, positioning is accurate, the calculation amount is small, and a result can be rapidly obtained on a track detection site.

    本发明提供一种护轨区域关键尺寸检测方法,包括三维点云获取步骤、定位提取廓形步骤、宽度值获取步骤,该方法中,通过高精度线激光传感器采集的廓形数据以及相应的里程数据来生成护轨区域的三维点云,再将三维点云转为二维图像,基于二维图像、护轨结构特征来识别护轨起点和终点并获取其里程值,然后就可以根据护轨起点和终点的里程值、以及护轨起点和终点到各个预定检测位置之间的预定标准距离来得到预定检测位置的里程值,进而提取出预定检测位置的轮廓数据,实现护轨区域多个关键尺寸的高精度自动化检测。本发明的方法利用二维图像作为索引来进行定位及轮廓数据帧提取,不仅定位精确,而且运算量很小,有利于在轨道检测现场快速得出结果。
